                                                            Subject : Complaint of Building Damage

Together with this letter, we intend to submit a complaint regarding the repair of the leak in our building, which you repaired a month ago. Your company guarantees within three months as stated in the agreement.

The following is a list of rooms that still need repairs:

- Meeting Room

- Service Room

We attach a photo of the room in the event of a leak in the rainy season. We hope that within 3 working days from the date you receive this letter, your company immediately sends a technician to repair the room, given the continuity of activities in our building that are in dire need of the room.
